- Now is THE time to capitalize on content aggregation, setting foundation of content footholds, and strengthening our internal core
- Web3 Gaming is less sexy
- Content continue to play a key role in game adoption, web3 or not. But web3 has a gap

- Bear Market has proven raising is harder, considerable dry powder—but especially challenging for our business model

- We’ve been hesitant to truly trust and integrate with BSPC, and they’ve proven some key worries we’ve had

🤔 Risks, Implications, and More

- Majority ownership risk
- There is some risk to being majority owned—it’s a lot of trust to their word on us being independent and ensuring we’re aligned in values for gaming and the role guilds play in our content ecosystem
- *However, part of this has been Peter fully supporting us continuing a seed round for the larger amount, with dilution following BSPC’s amount
- Balancing Web3 & Web2 as the content merges
- There will be natural tension on web3 vs web2, juggling the content and navigating a balance will be tricky, across all we do—I believe navigating our positions of content between both is crucial to our role as leaders
- Significant internal caliber upgrade
- Painful to hear, but we will need to (as much positively as we can), uplift the caliber and standards of our team across the board. We are facing a big BUT doable goals and achievements, but we need to be able to focus and execute.
This is also why I’ve been adamant in:
- Having Lars full time as CBO
- Discovering Ron’s best fit that aligns with him
(Obvi I prefer full time haha, cos we’ll be able to afford, but we know some complications with CG. Or Ron might not simply love CG too)
- Exploring Dani’s integration
