Deal Structure

<aside> ⭐ IP Backers / Business Advisory

• Ongoing retainer of $1,000USD/mo, paid each quarter (3K/QTR) to Metasports. Renewable yearly

<aside> 🤝 Long-Term Rev Share

• Instead of equity for 2023 support/investment in YP, and discounted advisory vis-a-vis Joe for 2024, 6 years of rev-share for YP Entity/Business once setup, with decreasing % to account for IP growth:
  • 8% on years 1-2
  • 4.5% on years 3-4
  • 2.5% on years 5-6 </aside>

<aside> 🤝 Non-Exclusive Agency - We can promote and negotiate dealflow for YellowPanther. If we bring in or manage the deal, we take 20% of said deal.
