Terms & Duration

This contract obliges the Contractor to provide the Client the services of the Service Provider for the months of February 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024

1. SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to provide:

“GUILDS HALL”
- Program and Business Unit Design, Management, and Development
  - Succession and sustainability plan and execution
  - PnL / Account Center Management
  - Hiring, Training, Recruiting team specialized to business unit
  - Design and Management of Programs and Activations
  - Value Accruing and Compounding Information and Data
  - Yey & $GUILD Integration
    - Product integration in campaigns & ecosystem marketing
    - $GUILD token co-branding and marketing
    - Long-Term $GUILD aligned-incentive for Guilds Hall Business Unit
      - E.G. % of subscriptions fees go to a Guilds Hall BU $GUILD Treasury
- Targets & Milestones:
  - In-house or identified successor for Product or Program Leader
  - 50+ Members Paying Members
  - 100,000 Common Shinys
Metasports as Web3 Gaming Arm / Department
- Joe Josue joins BSPC Leadership Team
  - Special focus areas in GameFi and Enterprise, but includes Business Development and other deployable areas that BSPC may need
- Research and Knowledge in Web3 Gaming:
  - Providing research, insights, and forecasts on emerging trends
- Accounts and Relationships:
  - Building and nurturing relationships across games, guilds, and gaming adjacent products in shared representation of BlockchainSpace and Metasports as part of the group
  - Managing contacts for strategic collaborations and partnerships in gaming sector
- Asset Advisory and Management:
  - Advising on Gaming NFTs
  - Maximizing utilities and benefits of gaming assets in the web3 space

2. CLIENT agrees to provide:

Retainer - $5,000 USD broken down as follows
- $5,000 Monthly Retainer in USD/C
- Membership Fee Commission to Metasports to be agreed upon on launch of membership fees
Company Wide Incentives:
- $0.10USD bonus for each Shiny minted from Guilds Hall and approved programs
- 2.5% of revenue to person who closes revenue deals
Yey & $GUILD Resources
- A Grant and Programs Budget of $20,000 / Quarter from YEY for the growth and adoption of the product
- Moment Marketing and Guerilla BAU Yey Budget: $2,400 (distributed monthly in $200/mo)
- Marketing and Program Budget (by approval) for sustainable distribution and integration of Yey product and $GUILD into Guilds Hall
