Too many syncs with different people, with overlapping projects and tasks.
Nagging problem on accountability.
Backend team feels like it’s not a good use of time.

Project Managers do not tag respective people in charge of each role (Creatives/Marketing/Prod/LOPS) so it’s hard for us to keep people accountable, including project head.
No time/date when tasks were accomplished to keep proper tracking of deliverables and who’s responsible.
Onboardings should be a separate meeting on its own.
Where’s the Calendar Integrations?
Jaz - Almost nothing gets accomplished throughout the week, as concerns are brought up only to be address next meeting. Feels like a competence issue, or not knowing enough that the team trusts him to have answers.
Gelo - Lacks organization skills for a Project Manager, but is good on the ground and knows what needs to be done.
