Tell me me about yourself
1. Graduated IT Vocational Course (2 Years) last Dec 2022 due to pandemic.
2. Started off early 2022 while in school doing online shop business Shopee Store and facebook store selling.
3. Did Sitel Ortigas Call center for awhile (3 months due to work environment)
4. Was recommended to realme on June 2022, til June 2023 (1 year) as Social Media Trainee and promoted to SocMed Officer.

What experience do you have working with creators on activations or campaigns, cite examples
1. Every August in RealMe we have fan fest and we cater to taking care of our fans & community. Its very refreshing to see a brand especially tech / phone company do something for the community
2. I was fairly new during this campaign and it made me realize how working at a fast paced company really was. At one point I had to do postings every hour, it was very stressful but once we got to the event itself it felt really good to see how much impact i personally made.

Who are you favorite vtubers?
1. Oshi → Ironmouse. Actually it was my friend who was super into her and she was still using my 3D model and would always watch with friend during sleepovers and it stuck to me as well. I really love her chaotic energy and how she’s so supporting of other small creators and really nice to commission smaller artists as well!
2. Watching a lot of Kenji & my irl vtuber friends all under <50ccv
3. One of my friends is drawing & rigging her 2.0 model herself live.
5 to 10 Years Goal
1. Zestylemon → IF I do well enough and hope to release original songs and collab with other amazing vsingers. MUSIC WITH MY OSHIS!
2. Eli → Goal for myself is just to save money and really want to invest on other passive income generation things! I also want to be known to be a good artist / rigger.
Business development aspect of the role, adding to the management
1. I think I'm a good fit because I am a sponge and learn like crazy. I get really invested
2. I am confident I can grow into a full time creator because I have a very distinct personality that I am very proud of that I know draws other people to me. I think that’s a good thing to have as a creator. I take time to reach out to my community as well! You need to take care of your community because they will take care of you as well in the long run.
3. In terms of a manager I am proactive and put my heart and soul into my work. The only hindrance I see in terms of being a manager is time because of my goal to also be a full time content creator.
Do you have any questions about the role
1. Can we set milestones for the learning side especially rigging
2. No other questions cuz we’re pretty hands on with comms atm even before this meeting!
