Highlight Context
I became LSL’s Daddy (LSL is my baby) I was able to work with autonomy and independently for LSL S5, calling the shots and handling all decision making. Compared to Season 3 where I had a lot of help from Joe/Ron and Season 4 where I had trouble calling the shots and doing decisions for the project (I’m still asking for approval despite not having to).
LSL S5 reached guilds with more following and engagement Got Sura Gaming and Team Queso from LATAM, both guilds have way more following and reach compared to Qu3st and TS Gemini.

Watch party results from them are the highest so far. | | Handled a disorganized Client with grace and professionalism | Pulled through the War Legends project with the WL Team who has little to no communication and coordination from the inside.

Was able to rally the Metasports Prod, Talents and League Ops despite working with a disorganized client. | | LSL Team is now working as a unit, a well-oiled machine. | With the last 2 Seasons I’ve been working with the team, everyone already got into the LSL vibe/rhythm, the Team Members are working independently and can do quick decision making when the situation calls for it. Everyone pulls their own weight and does the initiative when performing tasks.

Pain Points Context Recommendation
Worried about LSL LAN I’m not saying that I’m having troubles, but here I go again doubting myself if I can pull it off. With the experience I had with LSL S3 to S4, I got so used to the Online Tournament Environment that I have worries on messing up management of the LSL S5 Lan. Have a 1 on 1 coaching session with Gelo, who has a solid background in managing LAN events. Current worries and anxieties are caused by lack of confidence and knowledge regarding the production on LAN events
Most of the team members are not using Notion Team members keep asking people, especially the PM for details about the project that are obviously marked as HEADING 2 and in BOLD FACE on notion. Or in the managers hub.

PM sometimes forgetting to use Notion for graphics requests.

Some team members have not populated their Managers Hubs | Remind the team to always do or check the notion first before informing or contacting the concerned parties. | | PM getting out of loop due to too much initiative of the team. which causes miscommunication. | Don’t get me wrong, initiative is always a good thing. But too much of it will throw other members out of the loop when one team member puts the weight on their shoulders.

I have no complaints about how the team does their job, they do tasks way before I ask them to do it, it’s just that I’m not informed when they do things. | Anything that happens when it comes to LSL must be relayed to the PM. A little DM won’t hurt, and my answer will always be YES if it’s for the good of the project. | | Team members assuming/expecting too much from others. | With the team having too much initiative, the team became to complacent that everything will just fall into place during broadcast/project time. | Have a final check/sync 2 days before the actual broadcast (For LSL) to check if everything is in place.
