👤 Role: Ü Content Researcher / Maybe Vtuber News
</aside>
Notes (Sent to me on messenger privately): on a weekly basis as well besides what others are doing, i can analyse our own content too and what worked best for individuals and stuff if that helps but yeah we can explore it, much like one another's bodies 8==D~. I was talking with Zesty about what I could do for the company and what would be helpful and one of the ideas we came upon since I'm always on social media is being a market analyst/competitor tracker HAHA basically providing information on talent numbers, number of video posts, tweet hits, follow changes, streams, what they did right, what they did wrong and comparisons to our talents and our output

- Burnout → As a time content creator dealing with burnout
- Swapping over due to burn out not really because I keep getting into a position where I get asked to train newbies like training shoutcasters.
- Burnout honestly I was able to play CS for a whole year and not ever deviate because I knew that would mean viewer drop. Gaming is the only thing I’ve ever learned, but I’ve learned to flip a switch to deal with the point of burnout by switching out my content and resting. My go to rest is playing single player games so tbh I don’t experience burnout.

Role Specific Questions

👤 Change as needed to fit the role
</aside>
- Favorite campaign with creators
- Content Research
- No bias because I base it off what is working. Sometimes I don’t like it but I’ll do it anyway.
- Who are you favorite creators?
- Oshi → Used to be Froot, but Selen.
- Non-Vtubers → Stimpy (Rust since 2017), CallMeKevin,
- Vtubers → Vshojo Froot was a little more me. Sesio vtuber surrounded by unseiso. Had clear set goals and her being unapologetically her made me want to be a vtubers. Then Selen showed me that esports x vtubers is feasible.
- Content aspect of the role, adding to the management
- 100k former page why I didn’t want to continue as Jaeger is because I noticed the things that were getting visibility was content I genuinely I didn't care about. I had so much trigger friendly middle eastern viewers for some reason. A lot of likes but no engagement for things I do care about.
- Casting as a vtuber → Honestly one of the things I wanted to do was to host my own Vtuber, but I have a bit of burnout from casting because of how terrible the local scene has been. Can do if required, but wont do it actively.
- 100% confident I can use the years of experience I have to help train shout casters and hosts and how to tie that into their personal branding.
- Do you have any questions about the role
- Looking to move Korea / JP / and most recently Baguio
