💡 Event/IP proposals are documents that outline the details of an upcoming event, including its purpose, scope, and budget. The approval of an event proposal depends on several factors, including scalability, relevance, finances, and the end goal.

A proposal should have the following, to streamline process of approvals.
- Event/IP Name → The hook. We want to have the name catchy enough that it can be branded well.
- References → No event or IP is original, everything is a remix. Send us your references through video links, and images to give us a better picture of what it is.
- Target Audience → For whom this event is for? What communities are you looking to target? Does your audience have capabilities to spend money, engage in activities or will our concept elevate their community?
- Budget → Provide a budget range, and a full list of possible expenses you’re going to spend it on. It’s important that we also know which categories will take most of the budget (ie. 50% of the budget will go to the venue, etc).
- Rationale → Defend your proposal. Describe the significance this will have for the company, the community we’re targeting and what is the desired impact that we want.
- Headcount → Imagine the working team you’ll have for this IP/Event. Which departments are you tapping, or are you considering to outsource people (refer to budget).
- Timeline → What’s the timeline your looking to execute your plan?
