Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate logistics for team events aimed at team building, inclusion, and efficiency for a diverse group of team members in hybrid and remote work setups
• Take part in developing multiple gaming and esports intellectual properties (IPs) by Metasports
• Maintain intimate knowledge and conduct management on the scope of IPs and licenses of Metasports its partners
• Act as point of contact to internal teams: provide guidance, insight and examples of best practice to teams seeking to assistance in departmental duties
• Seek, create and cultivate existing and new relationships with blockchain guilds, clients, influencers, and partners
• Collaborate with internal departments on all creator, esports and event opportunities and requests
• Track, manage and report key issues with live/upcoming briefs - ensuring activations are within parameters
• Ensure that priorities are managed and respected according to the plan ****set out by Project Managers
• Implement problem-solving processes ****within the company
• Update weekly and monthly KPI’s
• Coordinate business travel arrangements when necessary
• Regularly report to senior management
