What we're looking for

Our tournament community for the Lunacian Scholarship League is growing rapidly, and we're looking to add a dedicated community moderator to champion our esports community surrounding the league and Axie Infinity at large.

This person will have had experience as a moderator gaming communities such as discord, forums, facebook groups—particularly for those in gaming.

Responsibilities

As a moderator, duties involve providing discussion topics, encouraging participants to share, removing unrelated or inappropriate content, answering questions, defining group boundaries and rules, and updating the platform

• Manage, moderate, and liaise with our core team and the members of our gaming community—particularly led by the our gaming community on the Lunacian Scholarship League discord and social audience.
  • Systemize & organize our community Discord to match the goals for community growth and harmony
  • Respond and direct members to key information on LSL, Metasports, and its events and partners
  • Organize and present key information from LSL, Metasports, and its events and partners to the community
  • Manage permissions, bots, and other specialized functionality for and of the community
• Sample Tasks
  • Replying and answering community and partner questions
  • Install and setup discord bots
  • Suggesting and applying improvements to the system of our Discord

Qualifications

• Likes or is interested in esports, experience in esports is a plus
• Must have proven record managing a gaming community on digital platform - Preferably Discord
• HEAVILY PREFERRED: Crypto and blockchain familiarity
