Highlight Context
Account Management has been a very uncomplicated part of the job so far XBorg: client’s disappointment with output was amicably resolved through clear and concise communication
Riot PH: near miss with EasyPC sponsorship, thankfully they were understanding with our solicitation of them for ComShow sponsorship
EasyPC: maintenance of good standing with them, also needed for the PC parts we are hoping to get a discount on from them
BSPC: consistent communication with them either for general purposes or for client engagements (e.g. War Legends tournament)
All clients endorsed internally have taken no longer than an hour to be addressed, their concerns or requests responded to immediately War Legends, SEA Alliance, Pacific Meta, Dino Wars, Last Remains, Starfall Arena, all were endorsed via Telegram and reached out to promptly, all of whom were presented with a proposal/actionable items within 3-5 days of being endorsed
Comprehensive client proposals are not difficult to produce Kat, Lian, and I have fallen into a good rhythm with the creation of comprehensive client proposals for various clients from different genres in gaming both web2 and web3, able to produce proposals within 2-4 hours of meeting client. This includes Last Remains, Starfall Arena, Sparkball, etc.
Pain Points Recommendation
Axie is more difficult to sell due to P2E stigma, both internationally and locally. In all seriousness, off-ramping LSL isn’t as nuclear of an option as it sounds, mainly due to the fact that Axie as a whole is facing a rapid decline, and jumping the gun by selling the IP may prevent future losses, especially in the event of if Sky Mavis were to pull some or all of the current Axie esports grant. Else, maybe selling to clients
My lack of personal connections within the esports/gaming spheres has made it difficult to solicit meetings with key decision makers within organizations Greater reliance on colleagues and introduction through them to the right people. Ron for example was able to intro me to Playdex and Playgroundzero. A 15-minute sit down with various members of the team asking for a list of people they may know and how to reach them to build a contact list may help.
ComShow sponsorships difficult to solicit Packaging SEAesport and ComShow together to add a Media element to the sponsorship packages, making it more enticing for possible sponsors
No BAUs for proposal crafting and marketing deliverables for sponsors Creation of said systems within the BD hub for easier reference of concerned parties (Marketing, Creator Relations, etc.)
